Wales’ unbeaten run in the Under-21 Championships came to an end last night. Wales took the lead through an excellent goal from Joe Allen (who also appeared for the senior side in their win over Scotland on Saturday), and Wrexham keeper Chris Maxwell saved a Bosnia penalty.

Joe Allen, Simon Church, Ched Evans, Andy King and Sam Vokes (all of whom played as Wales beat Scotland 3-0) and Darcy Blake, David Cornell and Adam Matthews (who stayed on the bench) are part of the under-21 squad who will face Bosnia-Herzegovina on Wednesday 18th November.
